I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt complied to let others know how bad this service is. I ordered a box of Carmel’s 2 weeks ago, x1 week before my friends birthday. After 4 days, I received no notification on the dispatch, I emailed the support team and Hailey emailed me saying she would be in touch. I’ve had zero replies since then. I’ve tried to follow up. My friend received a box of milk tray 2 days ago (10 days after my order) for some else called Victoria. I tried to email the support email, but no contact . I have requested a refund, but no contact. The worst experience for doing a nice gesture for a friends birthday
