We ordered a birthday music box for our grandsons. It arrived late and AFTER our grandsons birthday When it arrived the music box "Happy Birthday" DID NOT WORK. Out grandson was so upset and cried as he LOVES music and we were all looking forward to him opening it. I contacted Funky hampers and told them. They said after along discussion and me having to TELL them to send us a box that's works. They finally agreed. We're STILL WAITING. Why should we have to chase them up for a little boys birthday present. Bought and paid for in good faith.VERY POOR SERVICE. I'll update this message and let customers know when and if FUNKY HAMPERS care about our grandson or any customers.
