I ordered a beer and snacks bouquet for my 76 year old grandad for Father’s Day and I stated I wanted Sunday delivery which I paid for but the parcel only arrived Monday due to damage which DPD had told funky hampers about, yet when I told the support team it arrived damaged and I wasn’t able to get a pictures as my Grandad isn’t technology wise they asked me to return it instead with a free post return but I don’t know how they expected me to return a parcel which was wet inside and full of glass, also DPD had stated it was held due to damage! So that is enough evidence surely but instead they’ve offered me a £5 partial refund for an item I paid £27 for overall! I will NOT be using them again as they have not helped me at all and now I’m out of pocket and my Grandad has no Father’s Day present! Cheers funky hampers
