I was delivered a broken glass top dining table, left to deal with smashed glass everywhere. Staff who thinks they will redeliver another without me asking for it and then can’t cancel and they deliver it to your neighbours after I declined it (didn’t answer the door) and now we need to wait for it to be collected causing so much inconvenience and not to mention how the glass cut me and it was so dangerous to clean up! They expected me to wrap it up for them to collect which I coursing due as it’s all broken glass it’s absolutely ridiculous ! All good but if they deliver broken damaged stuff and the returns procedure is too much hassle ! Avoid avoid avoid!
