I had the best customer service experience ever. They didn't have what I ordered but went more than the extra mile to provide an alternative that was way better than what I ordered and did it at the same price. They phoned me to explain the situation with my order and discussed the alternatives they were recommending. Once I understood what they were offering I said yes and they despatched it the same day. I would have no hesitation in shopping with them again and highly recommend them.
