I purchased two items on Sunday evening. The confirmation was immediate. My error on my email created a problem as they could not verify my order by email.
I phoned the lovely Ruth in online orders and she was able to rectify the issue. My items were next days delivery. I received the items with a lovely hand written personalise card inside thanking me for my business.
These small independent businesses are truly worthwhile supporting.
Great quality items and the customer service is above the ordinary.
