called in the shop had no signal on my phone the guy said could be sim or phone or phone on the way out he cohersed me into buying a new phone which i didn't need i found out the phone is working fine but when i returned to the shop a few days later as i been working he the was very arrogant when i was trying to explain he interrupted me and said i'm talking i felt humiliated and upset and he was saying about another customer bought a top of a range phone and she wasn't happy with but i thought you shoulden't be telling me this that's rude so he said he wasn't obliged to refund me but i didn't want or needed a new phone i should had been able to return the new phone as it was him who made me to feel there was something wrong with the phone.
