I visited the Get Connected store in Craven Arms. I needed a mobile phone upgrade. I was dealt with by Tommy Conlon. Tommy explained my options to me properly, in a clear and friendly manner. Upgrading my mobile is never top of my list of ways to spend time. Fortunately, Tommy made the whole process pleasant and pain free. He is a genuine asset to the company.
