It’s the only supplement that I have ever stuck to. And despite taking it at the most challenging part of my life so far (full house renovation while working 12 hour shifts) I have seen a difference. I am not sure I’d have got through it without. My mood has remained remarkably stable and overwhelm has been manageable.
