I’ve been taking it for 2 months. I do feel like that I have less days where I feel all over the place and my brain just feels chaotic. I’m definitely curious to see if anything else will improve in my 3rd month. I love how they let you know right away that it takes some time to experience changes which helps to not go into it thinking it’s a quick fix. I appreciate that approach
