Felt like I was getting a benefit almost straight away but was unsure if a placebo effect... After about 3.5 weeks I stopped taking for a week as I was on holiday and I noticed a difference then! I think Get Dopa has been allowing me a more rested sleep with calmer dreams (I have epic and traumatic dreams every night usually). I've also been coping better at work. A massive bonus is zero side effects! I tried another brand which aims to help focus and concentration and it really upset my stomach. Considering subscribing now after my first month.
