I was skeptical of a supplement blend having been disappointed by so many previously. It is currently saving my sanity. I couple it with ashwagandha and it is helping me massively while I wait for my ADD meds to get back in stock. On the days I forget to take it I notice a difference in my mood and brain fog. I love it!
