The supplement is worth every penny! My daughter could not cope with the tiredness she was feeling which was leading to bad mood swings and feeling overwhelmed 99% of the time - not good in exam year! We thought we'd give this a go as nothing to loose and so very glad that we did. They've really helped with focus and energy which in turn has helped with moods. GREAT!!
