I'm relatively happy with the bed after it was assembled. That said, we had problems with shipping (6 boxes in all, 1 came 3 days later). The assembly wasn't great. Some instructions were missing (ie no discussion of what to do with the "biscuits") and some of the wooden slats were warped. The under bed storage parts list didn't match what was shipped (it said 32 black screws, there were only 16, instead silver flat head screws were included). The end result was the fit and finish wasn't great on the under bed storage. I see no reason why there couldn't have been a video to go thru the assembly.
