Overall the bed is of really nice quality and wasn't too difficult to build however we had a few issues. We received the bed in 2 different shipments so it wasn't clear what items were what. Absolutely nothing is labeled. It took us a while to figure out which pieces were what since all the wood slabs look practically identical. The only way we could figure it out was through a long process of elimination. There were very poor instructions on what to do and not all of the pieces came. We are still missing a bunch of pieces for the storage box even though it says all the items were delivered. They didn't send enough screws and random parts are missing making it impossible to finish the strorage box. They can really stand to improve on making a how to build guide video for each bed or at LEAST better instructions and making sure to include all the screws and tools... It's not a cheap bed, at least make it worth the price by including everything the customer purchases.
