The bed frame is fine. Does what it should. The installation was HORRIBLE. The instructions were dated, and our bed came with multiple parts that were not noted on the instructions, and I had to use my own drill bits to make holes for over 20+ screws because the wood came without pre drilled holes for the bed slats. Putting a sticker annotating what piece is what, and having a key on the instructions would go a very far way. We love how it looks and seems sturdy, but when you pay this much for a bed frame, you would think you wouldn’t have to drill your own holes and guess what should go where.
