Very well made. Received my order yesterday and assembled last evening. Silly, but one of the major points of purchase was 3" clearance from the floor. My puppy is a chewer and used to drag all manner of things under my bed. Hence, the lower clearance, which also works for my short height. And did I mention it is very well constructed and a handsome piece of furniture? All-in-all a good and well worth it purchase.
