After scouring the internet for months we finally came across the Japanese Storage bed on Get Laid Beds. We were looking for something really solid with under-bed storage and a simple, sleek design that wouldn't totally bankrupt us. Our last bed frame was a couple of hundred dollars but squeaked and didn't feel sturdy at all. We were willing to pay a bit more but everything we were finding was at least double the price of Get Laid. The bed does come in 5 separate boxes and definitely takes some time to assemble. Our first box showed up ahead of schedule, and then we had some delays getting the remaining boxes, although this seemed to be a UPS problem not a Get Laid problem. Once all the boxes arrived assembly was mostly straightforward. Instructions could have been slightly more detailed and things could have been labeled better, but we made it through! The bed is gorgeous! The color is exactly what we were expecting and the materials feel really high quality. So happy we pulled the trigger and decided on Get Laid.
