The size and looks of the bed are great. However, the bed slats are very weak and unsupported. We sometimes hear cracking when my son gets on the bed with any type of force. The thing that really drops the stars, however, is the misrepresentation of delivery dates. It clearly says on the website that we chose the delivery date the the bed will be delivered on that date. We were away and the bed was delivered early and left on our porch for several days before we could get home to the bed. That isn't ok. We would have acted differently, had we known the package could show up while we were away. Luckily, the boxes were still there and undamaged by weather.
