The bed arrived before the scheduled time, this was nice. My husband put it together within a few hours, it seemed easy enough and all screws needed were included. Customer service was really friendly when we called before the purchase with questions and she did not push for the sale. We purchased via the web store, it was easy and the choices can't be beaten. The pricing too is excellent, given the quality of the beds.
