I had a pretty bad experience with ordering your bed. !) It arrived missing the screws the directions/instruction said should be contained. So, I had to go to a hardware store to buy them. 2) I called your company to get help and there was no way to leave a message on your automated system. 3) I received a notice that the bed would arrive on the 27th of September and to block off 8 am to 6 pm for delivery. Meanwhile, the bed arrived a few days ago via FedEx.
