Would absolutely recommend this company, the customer service was so kind and helpful. We had a small issue with customs (shipping to the US) but customer service was extremely fast to respond and delivery happend on the exact date we originally choose. The only negative I would say is that one of the pieces had the wrong hand written label on it (it was listed as footboard bottom instead of headboard bottom) but thankfully we notice before we attached anything permanetly and just swapped the pieces. The written directions could use an update, some of them are hard to read because the font color is quite light. That being said we would absolutely recommend this company and would buy from them again (though I doubt we'll ever need a new bed frame!).
