Overall they make a great product and the experience was very good. The bed even smells nice, like fresh cut timber. One issue I had was that after I installed the mattress, it started to squeak. I found that it was the pre-screwed beam on one side support. Tightening the screws didnt help. It looked like it was also glued but only half way so I decided to glue the rest with wood glue, and this has fixed the noise.
