I'm happy with my completed bed and underbed storage. However, the bed was difficult to assemble because the guide holes for the screws were not deep enough. We had to drill holes of our own and the process took a long time. Also, despite paying for faster shipping, the bedframe was delayed, and the underbed storage wasn't shipped at all until I contacted the company to remind them I'd ordered it. In the course of these various problems, I took a closer look at the online reviews on the website and saw that only the five star reviews were included. This feels dishonest, in addition to leaving me skeptical about the point of this review I'm writing. I wonder if customers will ever see it? On the plus side, I had no problem assembling the underbed storage by myself, and it works well and looks very nice. Additionally, Customer Service was very polite and apologetic when I reached out with my various concerns. I'm leaving four stars because now that the drama is behind us, I have a very nice solid wood bed at a reasonable price.
