Ive been told for years to do castor oil treatments and always have up because it was so sticky and messy. The belly jelly and wrap make it so easy for the first time I’ve actually been able to keep up with the treatment. I also looooove the shape of the heating pad it’s sooo comfortable during my period and hits the right spot. Also the cramp cream actually eases my pain and as someone who suffers from stage 4 endometriosis these products are heaven sent
