I was sceptical about the Cramp
Cream but have actually found it to be pretty great! I suffer with really bad cramps in my lower abdomen and legs and the cream definitely makes the pain more manageable. I put some on a really sore spot on my leg before bed and when I woke up it felt MUCH less tight and painful. For me, the cream gives a similar feeling to being in a warm bath 😌
