When I got the package for my castor oil mess free set, I was pleasantly greeted with a kind message and directions. I was worried that the heat would melt the stick but it didn’t! I also was worried that the bamboo wrap wouldn’t fit my full figure which also turned out fine. I have been using it for about a month now but unfortunately I have PCOS and Endo so my periods are sometimes (not usually) irregular. But it’s convenient to just slap on every night with heat therapy. It’s really nice to have non-hormonal alternatives out there. Thank you Somedays for what you do.
