Definitely helps with the pain! It took a little bit to kick in, so I was a little worried, but once it did I was so relieved. It didn’t fully take it away, but helped A LOT! Just recently I’ve started to have severe period pain and I don’t like taking medication at all because of digestive issues, so having something topical is a life saver!
