Unfortunately this just didn't work for me. I'm not sure if it was tested on people with more belly fat, but I found it had zero effect (and for reference I am a size 14-16). Super bummed as I was hopeful to find something to help with my Endo. It does smell very good however and I'm glad I was able to sample it for $5 before investing in a bottle
