I originally purchased the cramp cream for menstrual cramps, but I've also recently developed some terrible back and sciatica pain, and have found that the cramp cream helps with that as well! It doesn't take the pain away completely, but it helps to calm everything down and has been helping me to avoid taking more than the recommended dose of over-the-counter pain relievers. I just ordered the giant bottle of it!
