I was so excited to finally order from Somedays, and I'm glad it arrived in time for my next period. I've used the cramp cream and it's decreased my pain significantly! I normally use 600 mg of Ibuprofen and still feel a bit crampy, I used the cream and only needed 200 mg to fully eliminate the pain (with the plus of not being brain-dead from the ibu)! Also, the heat pad is comfy and sits comfortably on the lower abdomen. I'd be happy to provide any further information or review if you'd like!
