As someone who suffers major pain and other issues each month I want to be fully honest. There are few things more defeating than investing in something you have high hopes will help and being let down after significant investment. I recently purchased the castor oil pack kit, cramp cream and bath mud, spending a total of 114$. I have started using the castor oil packs nightly in preparation from my cycle. Application is easy and less messy than liquid castor oil however the amount is very small and for the price the quality of the body wrap is not great. Here's hoping I find relief and this wasn't all just an expensive let down.
