Very Disappointed. I never received a book from Ghostwriter after paying 699.00. The process was requiring more of my time even after providing a full detailed outline per the contract you can see so I place the project on hold upon trying to resume the project I was ignored and ghosted I contacted kimberly Brian by email saying that I would request a refund if I didn’t hear from them from my bank I also text message and phone calls with no response so I requested a refund from my bank I was not satisfied with the outline & communication. After not being able to get in contact with kimberly I found Brian number and contacted him he stated that he was not aware of the situation and would call me back I never received a phone call back from him until I called him back at that point he told me that it was very unprofessional of me to all of a sudden request a refund I advise him that it was not all of a sudden I tried for three months to get in contact with his company With no luck so I requested my money back since I never received a book a book was never completed to say that on his end a refund had already been processed and they could not give me another refund I contact Credit One who verify that there is no refund in the system I advise Brian of this he advised me that there was nothing else that he could do at that time he began to solicit 50% off the next book when I never received the first book I felt like I was being scammed because they were taking my money and not delivering a product but still solicit me new services for additional money but 50% off I advised them I only want my 100% guaranteed refund and move on with my life He stated that there was nothing he could do and he was being advised to block me I have heard nothing from this company since then I’ve contacted Credit One they stated that GHOSTWRITER advised them per documents that the product and services were delivered to me which it was not at this point now it has exceeded 30 days and neither company is trying to refund my $699 I advise Credit One that per the contract the book itself takes anywhere from three months or more to even complete at the three month mark they were still trying to get the outline together I advised that this is not fair no matter what time limits there is I spent $699 and never received anything. How can a company just take money $699 and not provide a product then don’t honor the 100% guarantee. But tells me they can give me 50% off the next book. That’s a scam I never got any book but they have all my information and details Remedy: $699.00 refund. I will be back to post an up date.
