I've been charged an extra £59.76 for my order on top of the cost of my slippers, which also cost me £40.50. When I tried to fill in the Complaints section on line it will neither allow me to fill in my order number nor accept either my or my wife's e mail addresses. You cannot get hold of any phone number to try to speak to a human being to try to sort this out. I would never have ordered a pair of their slippers if I knew this was going to cause me such stress & anger at not being able to talk my issues through with a person on the phone in the UK or anywhere else.
