I placed my order on July 30th, immediately received confirmation, then a day later tracking information. The tracking information shows it has been sent to a FedEx facility on 8/1 and zero updates since then. I contacted them and was told I would get an update, but again nothing. Very disappointing. I will give them until tomorrow then will be canceling the order.
