Love the shoes! Great quality, design, and comfort. Only frustration is shipping tracking always initially shows a delivery date, then when it hits fedex Germany a day after shipping status changes to "delayed due to operational issues" for several days with zero indication of delivery status. As I write this I right now have a second pair delayed in Germany only two weeks after identical situation with another pair. I like to be home to avoid porch theft but cannot plan due to this. Please work with your shipper to fix this reporting glitch...has to be a software coding issue.
