I really like the slippers. They're quality made and beautiful. I love the removable insoles. The fact that I can replace the insoles as they wear means I can get my favorite colors of this slipper to have for many years. I give it a 4, instead of a 5, because the slippers were too small. I wear EU 40 and these were very snug on me. It's unfortunate that I can't just exchange for a larger size. The order took a few weeks to deliver. The only option was to start a return. I have to wait for the refund to order the correct size. It will be close to a month before getting a size that fits.
