The dispatch information and the speed of dispatch were first class. Unfortunately, the information on determining the shoe size was misleading in my case. I measured my foot and ordered the recommended shoe size. However, the centimetre of empty space at the toe was then missing, so I had to exchange the shoes. Perhaps more precise enquiries about the shape of the foot will lead to fewer returns?
