Comme je n'ai pas répondu à l'instant, il a déposé le paquet chez un point relais juste accessible le mardi suivant soit trois jours après. Pourquoi ne pas l'avoir déposé en arrivant en le rendant accessible le même jour, c'est-à-dire le samedi alors que le point relais était ouvert le samedi, le dimanche et le lundi ? Dans vos options de livraison, il suffit de donner la possibilité d'être livré en point relais directement.
