Le produit commandé est parfait, il correspond bien à la description.
Par contre la livraison a été une mauvaise expérience. Le livreur a demandé de prendre un rendez-vous. Nous l’avons fait même si la plage horaire proposée était une journée entière… Le jour dit une personne a dû rester au domicile et le livreur n’est pas venu… Aucune communication de sa part, le colis est arrivé ouvert le lendemain !
