I ordered a size 12 UK, but a size 46 EU arrived, which is a size 11 UK. On checking the website closely, it seems I have been sent the product I ordered, but Giesswein is incorrectly selling 46 EU sizes as 12 UK sizes. The slippers are too small for me to wear. They are a little tight, which I expect would improve with wear. But the hole to fit my foot through is too small and is pinching my ankle. Since the size of this hole is restricted by the rope inside, I don't think it will improve over time. It's incredibly disappointing as the slippers are otherwise incredibly comfortable and seem like they would finally solve my issues with oversensitive nerve endings that make footwear with less padding very painful to wear.
