Le paiement par PayPal a changé l’adresse de livraison de la commande. J’ai immédiatement écrit au service client pour informer du problème et indiquer la bonne adresse.
Le lendemain matin, j’ai relancé le service client.
J’ai reçu une réponse m’indiquant qu’il ne pouvait rien faire, que la commande était partie à la mauvaise adresse et que je n’aurai qu’à voir avec le transporteur. Ce n’est pas la qualité de service que j’attendais.
