You customer service is destestable and your shipper is incompetent.
My order was to be sent to Oregon in the USA, but was sent to Alabama -- Giesswein knew that, but still treated me with suspicion when I informed them. Then they sent me a FEDEX claim form auf Deutsch -- a language a barely understand, and expected me to file it for them. If they are not competent to do business internationally, they should not try to do it.
Perhaps they can make good footwear. They are not a competent seller.
