My first experience with GiftRound was very positive. It was easy to use and easy to share the link and therefore collect contributions and messages. I had to contact customer services when Royal Mail were late delivering the card/voucher and they were very responsive and not at fault (Royal Mail had a delay it would seem). The GiftRound experience was far less time consuming that the traditional way of doing a card and collection in an office environment. I appreciate the time it saved!
