I've recently used GiftRound to gather donations from colleagues who are scattered across the UK for a leaving present for a colleague. It was so easy to set up the GiftRound account and to start collecting the money. Rather than purchasing a voucher, we decided we would draw down the money so we could purchase a gift. Unfortunately, I ran into issues when I uploaded a scanned image of my driving licence, needed for ID. The images were blurred and I received a standard response explaining this. However, when I went back in to try and upload a photo of said licence, I couldn't work out how to do it. So, I contacted the Customer Support team and the service I had from them was excellent!! I got a really quick response to my initial email, and they were really efficient in getting the problem sorted, including simple step-by-step instructions for what I needed to do next. I would definitely use them again and am very grateful for how they dealt with me.
