I had been looking at this program for years actually and watched Molly's progress and expansion. Though remote (in Europe) I decided to give it a try this last year. I deeply appreciate the attention and encouragement given by my coaches (Jen and Ellysia) and that helps me stay committed. I have stuck with it and am feeling stronger! I would say it's worth it!
