As the GGS coaching course approaches the end, I know I am going to miss my coaches Jen and Ellysia, for their knowledge whenever I asked for clarification on exercise or nutritional skills, for the gentle way they would always redirect me whenever I strayed from my goals, and for their constant encouragement that gave me hope when I despaired. GGS has taught me how to appreciate my values and how they are linked to my goals. The articles posted every week are short, succinct, and enjoyable and teach you all the right skills for achieving your health and fitness goals from having a growth mind set to investing in your future you. It has been a very educational journey with GGS this last year and I have full confidence in myself as I begin to work on new goals, because now I have all the tools I need. Thank you GGS.
