My time with GGS has been so pivotal for me. I joined hoping for some body changes and while that was my focus, my time with GGS quickly became much more about my personal life and navigating some really huge heartache, back surgery, and life changes. Jen was incredible the entire way. She offered support emotionally and also support with my workouts. Having someone who is a go-to on all things wellness was important to me.
