Jen Comas was my GGS coach this year. This was my 2nd year as a coaching client. Jen is extremely knowledgeable and a skilled communicator which is crucial. She always listened thoughtfully and provided stellar advice. I frequently asked about exercise modifications, and she gave multiple options that suited my current abilities. She is very valuable when one has questions about nutrition. She can help sort out the confusing and often just incorrect advice that social media spews out and keep you focused on what matters, building good habits and doing them consistently. She encouraged me to explore and hone in on what will work best for me. What I appreciated about the GGS program itself, is that it can be tailored according to your specific goals such as building muscle, fat loss, gaining strength etc. The coaches are able to adjust your workout program according to your needs or preferred schedule or change to a different program if you want to try something new. I am 55. This year there were a few moments during my fitness journey when I felt like hitting the pause or quit button. Jen is not only very good at her job, she is a very compassionate and caring person, and felt extremely lucky to have her guidance. I continued to improve my strength and worked on my mindset around food and exercise. I learned a lot and finally bought my first barbell. I wholeheartedly recommend the GGS program and coaches.
