GGS is an absolute guidepost for me in both my personal fitness journey and my training business. If I don’t know the answer, I’m confident that I can find it in one of their books, blog posts, or instagram feeds. Jen and Molly have even been so gracious as to quickly answer questions via instagram messages. I recommend that every client and colleague follow them to keep up with the language and messages that empower women. I feel like I have hundreds of women who have my back thanks to GGS.
